Hampton Inn & Suites Kalamazoo-Oshtemo

The size of the room was more then we expected. The breakfast was definately a big plus. The small C Store by the office helped for those little "ooops we forgot something" issues.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

For a Covid event breakfast, it was pretty good. The hot portion was a food service sourced Denver omelet, served hot. Additional items were packaged oatmeal, which they gave you a container of hot water, a container to mix it in and a spoon. They also had packaged yogurt and muffins. There wasn't any toast, just like everywhere else I've stayed lately. Not sure what's up with that. Coffee was good as well. Staff was easy to communicate with and well versed with current protocols. The room did not have a fridge, which surprised me. Apparently fridges are not available at the price point we booked at. When I asked about the availability of a fridge, the front desk, Emma, offered a solution.
